Suspension PVC (S-PVC) is a white powder that converters compound with stabilisers, fillers and, for flexible products, plasticisers. Grades are selected mainly by K-value, which reflects the molecular weight.

Frequently asked questions
What is the K-value?
The K-value is a measure of PVC molecular weight. Higher K-values give stronger, tougher products but need more heat and work to process. Pipe usually uses about K65 – K67, and flexible products about K70.
Is PVC resin ready to extrude?
No. S-PVC is compounded first with heat stabilisers, lubricants and fillers, and with plasticisers for flexible goods. We supply the resin. Formulation stays with the converter.
